C³ small group leaders: All C³ leaders need to print and fill out the volunteer screening form. Please return it to the CYF office.

Worship Note and Service Hour expectations:
Worship notes are to be done in person, being present in worship with a congregation. This means you can do worship notes at Lord of Life or in another church. It also means viewing a sermon online or on TV does not count.
Service hours should be done either through one of Lord of Life's ministry opportunities or outside the congregation serving someone in need. Someone or something in need could include the hungry, homeless, ill, the environment, etc. Commonly we are asked if coaching youth sports, working concessions, helping with elementary carnivals, or babysitting for free, and other things would count as service hours. While those are good things to do, they do not meet the service requirement for C3. If you wonder if a certain activity would count or not, please contact gerad@lordoflife.org.
