Blood Drives

16 year olds are now able to donate with parent permission. Visit the web page to download and print the consent form (click on 16 Year Old Parental Permission Release at the bottom of the page. The form needs to be filled out, signed by a parent/guardian and brought to the drive. If the parent/guardian comes to the drive with the child, copies will be available at the registration table. The parent does not have to be with the child at the time of the donation as long as the consent form is filled out.

Make an online appointment to donate blood!

Please visit the following link after reviewing the directions below:  Online Blood Donation Appointments

1. Enter "Lord of Life" in the search box to get started.

2. Click on the date of the blood drive.

3. Provide your e-mail address and birthday. The birthday is required as age verification that you meet the minimum age set by Memorial Blood Centers. These two pieces of information are extremely confidential and will be your login from this point forward so please be accurate when typing.

4. You will be taken to a personal information page where you will enter your name, telephone number, blood type (if known), etc. Please provide the requested info and click on "Save". Doing so will bring you to the schedule for the drive.

5. Click on any available time to schedule your appointment.

6. After clicking on "schedule appointment" you will first need to review your details and click "confirm appointment" before your appointment is scheduled.

After scheduling your appointment you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the appointment details. There is currently a link on the confirmation page that says "click here to add to your Outlook calendar". After clicking on the link, a virtual calendar file will begin to download to your computer. Click on open and it will automatically open up a Microsoft Outlook appointment with your appointment details listed. Click on "save and close" to save the appointment to your calendar.
