On behalf of the pastors, staff, council and members of this exciting congregation, we extend you a sincere welcome! Thank you for your interest in membership at Lord of Life.
Becoming a member of Lord of Life means that you have made a commitment to be an active participant in congregation life. Our expectation of not only new members, but all members, is that we worship regularly, grow in our faith, serve others and support the church and its programs financially.
There are two steps to becoming a member:
1. Complete a New Member Record (available from the church office or through the links below) which includes "your story", simply a paragraph or two about you.
2. Submit a photo (family or individual) of each family member requesting to join at this time.
After submitting your information, staff and members of Lord of Life will work with you to get you acquainted with other members and introduce you to the programs at Lord of Life. We encourage you to get involved on small group levels to help you grow your faith family. We will provide you with the information and tools you need to grow in your faith.
You can download the New Member Record as a Word document, complete it and email it to Lori Schwartz at firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can download the PDF document, print it, fill it out and return the hard copy to Lord of Life.
